What a Standard Porta Potty Rental Covers

Last updated: November 2026

A standard rental covers the portable toilet units listed in your approved quote, delivery to an agreed location, the rental period, and the servicing or pickup described in your order. Tell us about site access, placement needs, expected use, and any known restrictions before delivery.

Extra units, additional servicing, extended rental time, hand-wash stations, accessible units, holding tanks, or special event support require a separate quote or written approval. We do not include permits, site preparation, utility work, or cleanup beyond the services stated in the order.

Customers remain responsible for providing safe access and using units as intended. Construction projects must address sanitation under OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51, and workplaces may be subject to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141.

Accessible toilet facilities are addressed by the 2010 ADA Standards. Wastewater must not be discharged without authorization under the Clean Water Act and applicable Oklahoma Administrative Code 252:606 requirements. Check with the City of McAlester about event-specific permits.

Arranging Delivery, Changes, and Cancellations

Delivery, servicing, and pickup dates are arranged with you and confirmed based on the order details and route availability. Provide the service address, access instructions, requested dates, unit count, and placement information when requesting a quote.

Notice helps us review changes before dispatch; contact us as soon as plans change. A request to move a delivery, extend a rental, add units, or change the service location is not approved until we confirm it. Changes may affect availability or the quoted amount.

If you need to cancel, contact us promptly and ask us to confirm the cancellation and any applicable charges. The quote or order confirmation may state cancellation deadlines or fees; if it does not, ask before accepting the order.

We cannot promise a particular schedule until it has been confirmed. Delays caused by unsafe access, incorrect site details, weather, or circumstances outside our control may require rescheduling. We will communicate a schedule change when we become aware of it.

Quotes, Charges, and Payment Approval

We prepare a quote from the information you provide, including unit quantity, rental dates, delivery location, access conditions, and requested servicing. Review the quote and order details before approval.

The written quote or confirmation identifies the services and charges included; work not listed is not part of the agreed order. A quote may need to be revised if the site, schedule, duration, or requested work changes.

Payment timing and accepted payment methods will be stated in the quote or order confirmation. Please follow those terms and raise questions before approving the work.

We will seek your approval before adding services or changing the agreed scope and price, except where immediate action is needed to address a safety concern or prevent damage. If additional work is requested, we will explain the change and any added charge before proceeding when practical.

No specific price or payment arrangement applies unless it is included in your written quote or confirmed order.

What We Can Stand Behind

OK Toilet Rentals will provide the rental and related work described in the confirmed order. These terms do not create a separate workmanship warranty, promise a particular duration of coverage, or guarantee uninterrupted availability beyond the agreed service. If a unit or service appears inconsistent with the order, contact us promptly with the location and a description of the issue so we can review it and discuss an appropriate response.

Coverage cannot be assumed for damage, misuse, vandalism, blocked access, or conditions caused by a customer, site visitor, or another party. Changes made without our approval may also affect our ability to address a reported problem.

Any written warranty or specific service commitment provided with an order will control for that work and may set its own scope and duration. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Please keep your order confirmation and communicate concerns as soon as they arise.

Responsibility for Site Risks and Losses

To the extent allowed by law, OK Toilet Rentals’ responsibility for a claim arising from the rental or service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, unsafe access, or damage caused by misuse or another party. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits limiting liability, including for certain intentional acts or other non-waivable claims.

Customers must arrange suitable placement and follow applicable safety and sanitation requirements. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 addresses construction sanitation, and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 addresses workplace sanitation.

Accessible facilities are covered by the 2010 ADA Standards. Unauthorized wastewater discharges are prohibited by the Clean Water Act; Oklahoma Administrative Code 252:606 also addresses wastewater treatment requirements.

Confirm event-specific permit requirements with the City of McAlester. These references do not replace advice from the relevant agency or a qualified professional.

Questions About These Terms

For questions about an order or these terms, contact OK Toilet Rentals at (833) 549-4191 or [email protected]. Written correspondence may be sent to 300 E Choctaw Ave, McAlester, OK 74501.

Include your name, service address, and order details so we can identify the request. Please contact us before accepting a quote if any part of the service scope, schedule, or payment terms is unclear.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be communicated by posting a revised version or through another reasonable notice method.

The revised terms will show their effective date when applicable. Changes generally apply to orders accepted after the update, unless we notify you otherwise or applicable law requires a different approach.

Terms specifically confirmed in an existing order continue to guide that order unless both sides agree to a change. Contact us if you need help understanding how an update affects a planned rental.

I started this McAlester-area business after working around construction sites and seeing how much a dependable restroom setup matters to crews and event hosts. Oklahoma heat, sudden rain, and muddy access roads taught me to plan delivery routes and service visits around real site conditions.
